Delivery policy

Respect and care is given at all times when your order is delivered.

Floral display & tributes must be ordered through Surrey Grave Care.

Delivery price of £10.00 is for Monday to Saturday deliveries, within South West London & Surrey.
(excluding any congestion charge that might be introduced)

Sunday deliveries are available if booked at least 1 week in advance, for an additional £4.50.

Christmas day delivery is available if booked at least 3 weeks in advance, for an additional £10.00.

A requested on the hour delivery is available, for an additional £10.00

For areas outside South West London & Surrey please email with desired location.

If floral displays & products are ordered in conjunction with a grave tending, delivery will be free.

If you would prefer to use your own florist, delivery may still be possible please contact us with your requirements.

After acceptance from us of your telephone order, we will email you with confirmation of address of your loved ones final resting place and date, only then do you enter into a contract with us.

Because of the nature of our very personal service that we offer, and that we can not obtain a signature on delivery, we will take a digital photo of your ordered item, at the location you requested. This will be your proof of delivery and fulfilment of your order, this photo will then be posted to you. We will also have a copy for our records. The copy we hold will not be used for any promotional purposes.

We accept no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever & however arising after your order has been fulfilled.

The right to contact you, using the information you supplied at the time of your order to Surrey Grave Care.

Guarantee of quality

Surrey Grave Care’s continued success is dependent on the high standard of care which is given to each and every grave tending.

All work will be carried out in a very respectable & dignified manner.

All memorial refurbishment by a monumental mason.

Floral displays & tributes will be supplied by an independent well established local florist, who will make up displays on the day of delivery to assure freshness on arrival.

Sometimes the florist will use flowers in bud for longer life.

Substitution policy

Occasionally, floral substitutions are necessary due to temporary, availability issues. If this is the case with the item you've selected, the florist will ensure that the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value.

Payment options

We except all major credit & debit cards, personal cheques ,standing orders and cash.

Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)

You have seven working days to cancel from the day on which you agree to go ahead with the agreement.

If you have agreed that the service will start before the end of the cooling off period, you will not be entitled to cancel once service has started.

Complaints

Because of the perishable nature of most of our products, in order to assist us in resolving any complaints, please call with in 24 hours after delivery so that we can resolve this for you quickly and to our mutual satisfaction.

Cancellation of grave tending & tribute delivery.
You may not cancel after tending work has been completed, or flowers delivered
However to receive a full refund you must Allow at least 48 hrs notice of the date required.
Sunday tending & tribute delivery require a full 72 hours notice.

Debit & credit card payments are only processed on the day of delivery or tending.

To cancel your order please contact Surrey Grave Care, from 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Surrey Grave Care is committed to protecting your privacy, we will only use information that we collect from you in order to process authorisation, through our bankers barclaycard business who maintain all security and transaction processing software standards.

We may email you with information of the products & services that we think might be of interest to you on key days, such as christmas, mothers day, fathers day, and anniversary dates you have supplied.
If you choose not to receive this information please say at the time of your order.

Address,
Including postcode,
Telephone number,
Email address.
Loved ones final resting place and name(s)on memorial or headstone & dates.

If paying by debit or credit card, we will ask for the card holders full name and address, as held by the issuer, including postcode and telephone number and the card details.

This information will only be shared with our bankers, to process your payment.
